YES · Youth Empowerment Skills

A platform ready for an opportunity to build together.

YES – Youth Empowerment Skills is an educational model supported by the yesthegame.com technology platform and by an organizational framework designed from the outset to operate in a distributed, multilingual environment.
After more than ten years of developing, testing, and implementing YesGames, the next step is to engage with partners who share the YES Vision and recognize its significant educational, social, and organizational potential.

The assets already in place

A complete architecture designed for large-scale deployment

YES was not conceived as a collection of educational games, nor as an application intended to manage occasional standalone courses.

The platform was conceived as the central infrastructure of a distributed ecosystem in which students, YesCoaches, schools, organisations, content producers and partners can operate with different roles, permissions and tools.

The system is multilingual, manages and profiles access, enables autonomous course management, and integrates educational, training, assessment, administrative, commercial and promotional functions within a single coherent architecture.

From this perspective, the platform naturally serves as an operational hub in which different content, expertise, tools and opportunities are organised and made accessible within the same system.

The operational system

YesCoaches have the tools to design and manage their own courses

Each YesCoach has access to a dedicated cloud area where they can organise and retain their own programmes, drawing on the content made available through YesLibrary and remaining aligned with the YES educational model.

01

Course design

Selection and customisation of YesGames, programme configuration, and management of materials and activities.

02

Enrolment and participants

Registration, team formation, participant data and organisational management, including any fees due and paid.

03

Minors and permissions

Collection of parental consent where required, together with access control and traceability.

04

Assistants and delegated roles

Controlled sharing of management functions with collaborators authorised by the YesCoach.

05

Scheduling and communication

Scheduling of meetings, management of deadlines, and support in producing information materials about course content and dates.

06

Assessment and outcomes

Collection of evidence, evaluation of outcomes, analysis of completed activities and support for scoring processes.

A distributed system

Local autonomy and central governance of the method

Each YesCoach can operate locally and customise their own course. The platform preserves consistency, traceability, content quality and continuity of experience, making diverse initiatives compatible within a single ecosystem.

YesLibrary and external contributions

An extensive portfolio of YesGames, designed to grow without limits

The platform already includes numerous YesGames, grouped into categories and designed for different age groups, educational objectives and delivery models. YesLibrary is not based on a closed catalogue: it was conceived to accommodate a potentially vast number of new programmes, content, products and applications over time.

Current YesGames cover a wide range of experiences, including project work, communication, recruitment processes, negotiation techniques, conflict management, management simulations, editorial and multimedia production, sporting events, augmented-reality team-building and problem-solving competitions, as well as a variety of scenarios supported by artificial intelligence.

L’architettura è dichiaratamente Open, nata per ospitare qualsiasi tipologia di contenuto e di soluzione software sviluppata da soggetti terzi, previa una certificazione centralizzata.

YesLibrary is the governed integration point of the system: it receives, organises and makes certified contributions available while ensuring their consistency with the educational, functional and quality standards of the YES model.

YesLibrary integrates tools for assessing results, measuring and comparing progress over time, and certifying work carried out individually. These functions support the entire YES journey and ensure continuity throughout every stage of development.

Operational artificial intelligence

AI is already embedded in the platform's operation

It is not a future add-on, but a component already used at several stages of the process.

Artificial intelligence supports the design of new YesGames, the generation of scenarios and variations, interaction with teams, response analysis, evaluation of completed outputs and identification of areas for improvement.

It operates according to configurations, prompts, criteria and rules defined by the YES method. It does not replace teachers or YesCoaches; it expands the system's ability to observe, measure and support complex activities.

The next stage of scale

Industrialisation means scaling the system, not reinventing it

The next step is to manage substantial growth in the number and variety of users, courses, partners and content, taking the platform far beyond its current scale.

The assets to be preserved include the functional architecture, processes, roles, workflows, rules, content, configurations and experience accumulated through real-world use.

There is no need to repeat the analysis and experimentation already completed.
What is needed is an organisation and infrastructure capable of supporting a vastly greater scale.
Growth of the YES platform from a proven operational system to international deployment
Scaling up requires organisation, corporate structure and industrial capability, while preserving the proven functional assets already in place.

A progressive pathway

Validate demand first, then accelerate growth

YES follows a sustainable, progressive growth strategy, avoiding premature investment in structures that would be oversized relative to demand that is still being consolidated. The platform can already be presented and used in practice, enabling the gradual development of market acceptance, distribution channels and commercial interest.

1 Build awareness and understanding of the method
2 Demonstrate the platform in practice
3 Expand trials and the user base
4 Validate market acceptance and commercial demand
5 Build the partnerships and structure required

The missing step

A partnership with those who share the vision and recognise the opportunity

YES has reached a stage where further growth no longer depends on adding another feature, but on engaging with organisations and individuals capable of recognising the value of what already exists and contributing to the next phase.

The proposal is addressed to industrial, technology, commercial, publishing, educational, financial and institutional partners interested in examining the platform, understanding and sharing its potential, and jointly defining an appropriate form of collaboration.

YES può così diventare un hub di riferimento per partner che desiderano integrare contenuti, competenze, reti di relazioni, tecnologie, risorse e opportunità all’interno di un sistema comune rivolto alla crescita ed alla formazione dei giovani per il prossimo futuro.

Industrial partnership

To build the organisation required to support national and international deployment.

Technology partnership

To evolve the architecture and make it suitable for substantially greater volumes, content and integrations.

Joint venture or equity participation

To share development, market access, investment, expertise and responsibility during the growth phase.

Commercial partnership

To introduce YES across school, sports, training, community and local networks.

Content production

To integrate new YesGames, products, specialist materials and professional scenarios.

The advantage of starting from YES

Do not redesign the starting point; build a more ambitious destination together.

Starting from scratch would mean rebuilding a method, a platform, a library, a system of roles, management processes, assessment procedures, training, profiles, permissions, AI integration and administrative logic.

It would also require an unavoidable testing period, during which corrections and progressive refinements would have to be made on the basis of real-world experience. YES, by contrast, makes this entire body of work available already developed, validated and ready for use.

A partner can focus its resources and expertise on specific areas such as deployment, organisation, market development, educational content, communication, scalability and sustainability.

Educational, technology and industrial partners jointly evaluating the YES platform
The form of collaboration cannot be predetermined; it must arise from the alignment of complementary interests and capabilities.

An open opportunity

Understand what already exists and design together what it can become

YES does not offer a pre-packaged collaboration model. It offers an educational, technological and operational asset base that can already be examined in practice, around which the most appropriate arrangement can be built for the parties involved.

A partnership may take different forms, including investment, a joint venture, equity participation, a development agreement, a commercial partnership, publishing collaboration, funded trials, structured sponsorship, or the integration and promotion of products and content.

The common objective is to build on what already exists and contribute to the corporate, technological, publishing and commercial structure required to take YES to a much larger scale.

The next step

YES is already a complete system.
Its growth can be built together.

Those who share the project's educational vision and recognise the platform as a valuable commercial or social opportunity may request a confidential presentation and submit a proposal for collaboration.
